Blog Radio Interviews

Posted by Carolyn Zahnow on June 19, 2010 at 4:19 PM Comments comments (0)

I have done several radio interviews now with very caring women. I have posted all the ones I have links for online now so please take some time and listen to one or two - especially if you have not heard me speak. (link at top "Radio Interviews")

The conversations take different turns and twists and they are always a pleasure to do. I feel like I'm talking to old friends so far. Most are on blog radio, but one has been live on a Colorado station. I have not noticed an incr...

Great "Open Mic" in Wake Forest last night!

Last night I was a speaker at the NCWN Open Mic at Bruce Johnson's Studio in Wake Forest. Megan Cutter filled in for Alice Osborn, and did an excellent job. We even got a preview of her new book, Chrysallis (sp), which is very compelling.

I have to admit that getting this book out to the world has been very trying and sometimes, even painful. But I have to trust my friends who are helping me get it all together (editing, creating an index, creating the cover, setting up events, etc.) that it will become a reality.

If all goes well, it will head to the printer THIS WEEK :D! Then 2 weeks being printed and back to me. God - where am I going to store all those books? (I sure hope my next book will be picked up b...

The book is coming soon!

Going to start typing some of Cameron's writings in a font that is similar to his handwriting. We want to share his words since that was his strong desire as expressed to me one evening in 2004.

Katharine Leslie has been a great source of comfort during the edits. Re-reading Cameron's writings can be very painful as it makes me feel helpless all over again. I will forever wonder what could have been done differently to keep Cameron alive.
