Remember to connect with your teens! One easy way is by sitting down at your dining room table and having dinner together as a family regularly. Open up the channels of communication.
I am in Texas this week to share my mission of saving our teens. I hope to have many friends and parents eager to learn how to spot the signs of depression in teens they may know and love.

Thank you Janice. This is all in hopes of preventing more suicides. The teens need our help the most, i feel. I hope you consider a book as well.
