(Other items will be on sale at walk. i.e. sweatshirts, bandanas, wristbands - bring cash or credit card!)
The Route -
We start and end at Patterson Hall (behind the building) located on Southeastern Baptist Seminary off Wingate Street.
We walk an easy 3 miles along the campus of Southeastern Seminary, through downtown Wake Forest, and along North Main Street where the historic houses left over from the days of the mill will amaze you.
You are welcome to bring your dog but you must clean up after him or her.
The route should be easily manageable for baby strollers and wheelchairs.
And the walk goes on rain or shine! We can put activities inside Ledford Hall if it's pouring!
All walk proceeds benefit The Shore Grief Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN 46-0623348. Thank you for supporting our efforts of suicide prevention and depression awareness. The Shore provides FREE grief support for kids, teens and adults in Wake Forest and surrounding areas. To learn more, visit The Shore Grief Center.org.
